Why it matters
The companies behind the AI assistants say where they get facts about a business: listings like your Google Business Profile, your own website and, for a store, their merchant programs. Getting set up in those places, with details that match, is work that can be finished. An advisor or a specialist can work through it with you, or the guide shows you how, step by step.
The people
I've spent 15 years leading technology programs for large organizations, most recently in AI, and I build and run software products of my own. My training is in engineering psychology, the study of how people actually use systems. As your advisor, I bring that to one exact job: working through the guide with you, step by step, to set your business up where AI assistants say they get their facts.

How it works
Specialist, Advisor or Self-guided. Tell us your business's name, its website, and how many locations, websites and brands you have, then pay once.
Your address, phone, hours and category. The guide asks for each one the first time a step needs it, or your advisor or specialist fills in anything still missing on your first call. Every step then uses the same details.
Each step shows where to go and exactly what to enter. With Specialist, your specialist does the steps with your staff. With Advisor, you make each change with your advisor, who marks it done. With Self-guided, you do them at your own pace. Where a service such as Google or Apple checks that you own the business, that step needs you, and we show you how.
Your account is active for a year. Change a detail, and the guide shows you what to update where.
Before you buy
Each AI assistant decides its own answers. We can't make one mention you, and nobody honestly can. What we promise is the steps.
Google, Apple and Bing don't charge for a listing. You pay us for the guide and the help.
Your listings stay in your own accounts. If a specialist works on them with you, it's through access you grant inside each service, never your password.
